There was a recent transition in the staff at Door County’s Aging and Disability Resource Center as their Elderly Benefit Specialist, Mary Bink, retired from that position on May 5th. Mary had worked that position for almost 7 years after previously working for the county Department of Health and Human Services. ADRC Director Jake Erickson shares with us the kind of help Mary provided and how she approached her job…….
During her years with the ADRC, Mary provided very valuable assistance to many residents throughout the county, and Erickson says she left some big shoes to fill….
Three weeks before Mary’s retirement, the organization hired Jessica Flores to transition into the role of Elderly Benefit Specialist, and Erickson says she is growing into that role nicely. We would like to thank Mary Bink for her years of service with the ADRC and wish her much happiness with her future which involves spending more time with her family.
