In primary balloting Tuesday for a seat on the Kewaunee County Board in district four, representing a portion of the City of Algoma, Thomas Romdenne led the way with 45 votes, followed by incumbent James Barlow with 31 votes. Barlow & Romdenne will appear on the ballot in the spring election on April 1st. Barry Kuzay finished third with 4 votes.
