A man in his 30’s suffered a severe arm injury in a farm accident Monday morning at 2068 Brussels Road, north of County Trunk “K”in the Town of Gardner. At 7:21am, units were dispatched to the farm owned by Sara Lardo and found Adam Scudder with his left arm caught in a hay chopper. While the effort began to extricate Scudder, ambulance personnel provided medical attention. After a short time, the county man was freed, but his arm was severed close to the shoulder.
Scudder was transported by ambulance to St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. It is unclear what caused the farm accident.
