The Village of Egg Harbor has adopted Next Generation paperless meeting technology. The new system is expected to save time, taxpayers dollars & the environment. The old way of doing things which required compiling, printing, binding & distributing paper agenda packets by hand has been replaced by a system called, “Board Doc LT.” By making meeting agendas & supporting documents available on the internet, the village will be able to distribute documents associated with board meetings more quickly & efficiently, at a dramatically reduced cost. In addition, the process will allow interested parties to review information prior to board meetings & give members of the board more time to study that information.
