There will be contested races Tuesday in two Door County towns & two villages. Two supervisory seats on the Liberty Grove Town Board are open & four people are on the ballot. The list includes incumbents Robert Tidball & Ann Miller, former supervisor Mary Kay Shumway & challenger Kubet Luchterhand.
On Washington Island, three candidates are running & two seats are open. Kirby Foss & incumbents Ron Overdahl & Elizabeth Holmes are each hoping to receive the highest number of votes cast.
In the Village of Egg Harbor, two trustee seats are open & three people are running. They are incumbents Paula Cashin & Bruce Hall & challenger Joe Smith.
In Forestville, three candidates are seeking seats on the Village Board. Votes cast for Lora Jorgenson & incumbents David Miller & Robert Jahnke will determine who sits on the board for another term.
