DC Hardware Celebrates 75th Anniversary

It’s rare to find a business in Door County that has been operating for more than 7 decades, let alone one that has been managed by members of the same family during that period of time. Amy’s dad, Dan, and her late uncle Tom Austad, bought the store from their mother, Lucille, and operated it for many years before she purchased the hardware business. She says, as a means of thanking customers, gifts will be handed out each day through Sunday…

Amy says there will be a prize giveaway every hour and grand prizes of a corded drill, a bicycle, a gas grill and 4 tickets to a Gamblers hockey game will be awarded on Sunday.
