The effort of members of the Sturgeon Bay City Council to dissolve the Waterfront Redevelopment Authority will have to wait a bit while the council receives legal advice on how to do the deed. Alderman David Hayes suggested the council could dissolve the WRA on its own, but the advice from City Administrator Josh VanLieshout was to seek legal advice before taking action. In the end, the decision was made to engage Green Bay attorney James Kalny for the job.
