Testing on the Bayview bridge in Sturgeon Bay wrapped up around 3PM Tuesday afternoon. The initial report indicated that the bridge would be partially opened & closed for about an hour, beginning at about 9AM. However, the testing carried over into the afternoon before traffic was moving across the span at a steady pace. While the testing was ongoing, motorists were advised to use the Maple to Oregon or Michigan Street bridges.
