The Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a series of break-ins at Bruemmer County Park. Surveilance cameras from the Bruemmer Park Zoo show at least three individuals involved in the incidents. Buildings have been entered & at least one animal, a bobcat, was released from the zoo, but was quickly recovered. Miscellaneous items have also been taken from the buildings that were entered. Anyone who may have seen anything out of the ordinary, or know anything about the break-ins at Bruemmer County Park near Kewaunee in the last few weeks is asked to contact the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department at (920)-388-3100, or the Kewaunee County Promotions & Recreation Department at (920)-388-0444.
