Kewaunee County beat Ahnapee, 5-2, in an American Legion baseball game played at Sevastopol Town Park in Institute on Monday. The Lakers went ahead for good in the top of the 5th inning when Ethan Werner drove in Landen Dorner who had doubled to start the inning. Carson Blohowiak went the first five innings for the win while Eli Derenne and Reagan Doell also drove in runs. Steven Prescott had an RBI single to score Jack Schwader and Bo Tanck scored on a wild pitch for the Trailblazers.
