The Algoma boys basketball team rallied for a 54-49 win over Sturgeon Bay on Friday Night. Facing a 41-38 deficit with less that five minutes to play, the Wolves went on a 6-0 run in :37 seconds to take the lead for good (Carson Leist scored in the paint, Braeden Leist scored in twice in transition) and finished the game on an 18-8 run. Parker Lischka led Algoma (4-1, 6-3) with 27 points while the Clippers (2-3, 4-7) were led by Ben Ash with 13 points and Jackson Starr added 12.
