With Judge Jennifer Moeller now sworn in as Door County’s newest Judge, her previous position of Family Court Commissioner & Register in Probate has now been filled by Regan Hendrickson. Commissioner Hendrickson has a strong and well-respected background in family law, guardianships, and cases addressing children in need. She has served both urban and rural communities as she worked equitable outcomes for families.
As Family Court Commissioner, she will now assist those involved in family and paternity matters as she issues temporary orders for custody and placement, financial concerns and property division. As Register in Probate, Hendrickson will oversee probate matters, assist the court with guardianships, protective placement, mental commitments, and other similar-related court matters. She believes in community and service, and she looks forward to getting to know the Door community.
