NOTES:
Kewaunee native, Colin Cochart is listed as the third tightend on the Bengals depth chart (behind Jermaine Gresham and former Packer Donald Lee).  Through two preseason games, Cochart has yet to catch a pass.  During the 2011 regular season with Cincinnati, he had five receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown.  This will be the first time that Cochart plays against the Packers.

This is the 17th preseason meeting between the two teams.  The Bengals hold an 11-4-1 advantage in the preseason series.  The two teams have only met eleven times in the regular season.  Cincinnati leads that series, 6-5.
