With their second round pick (53rd overall)in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers took Fresno State receiver Davante Adams (6’0, 212). The Packers then used their final pick in round three (98th overall) to fill a possible need a tight end, selecting Cal’s Richard Rodgers (6’4, 257).  During his junior season, Rodgers caught 39 passes for 608 yards and a touchdown.  In his three seasons at Cal, he caught 59 passes for 896 yards and two touchdowns… Packers tightends coach Jerry Fontenot…
