Southern Door beat defending champion Oconto  42-36 on the strength of 6 pins to open the Packerland Conference wrestling season.  With the dual tied at 36 with only one match remaining, the Eagles sent Jacob Englebert to the mat and he pinned Brain Ozak for the Southern Door win on alumni night.

Swimming

Sturgeon Bay won a conference triangular over Two Rivers and Kiel.  Trevor Smith won the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke while Doug Foss won the 100 freestyle for the Clippers.  Lance Martens finished 2nd in the 50 Freestyle while Foss and Martens finished 2nd and 3rd in the 100 backstroke.  The Clippers finished 2nd in all three relay events.  

-400 freestyle relay (Foss, Smith, Garrett Sowl and Nate Danz),  
-200 medley relay (Smith, Foss, Danz and Will Hartman) 
-200 freestyle relay team (Lance Martens, Christian Foss, David Safranski and Creston Davison).
