The Luxemburg-Casco girls basketball team rallied from a 16 point first half deficit to defeat Southern Door 53-46 on Tuesday Night. The Spartans were led by Hailey Kinnard’s 13 points while Breanna Suess scored 12. Cheyenne McFarlin led the Eagles with 15 points and Cora Baudhuin added 14. The 15th ranked Wisconsin men beat Penn State at the Kohl Center Sunday, 65-55. Door and Kewaunee Counties will have eleven wrestlers at the WIAA individual state meet, which begins Thursday at the Kohl Center in Madison. Luxemburg-Casco has nine in the division 2 field while Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol and Southern Door each had a wrestler qualify.
