Bayview Bridge Lane Closure Thursday

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has announced that lane closures are planned for the Bayview Bridge in Sturgeon Bay Thursday, from 8AM until 3PM. The closures are needed to complete planned maintenance work. During the project, the bridge will be reduced to one lane with traffic controlled by flagging operations. Three Door County School Districts Receive Sparsity Aid


Three Door County school districts will again receive sparsity aid from the State of Wisconsin this school year. The state aid supports small school districts with low student numbers. The Gibraltar School District will receive $174,900, $171,300 will be sent to Sevastopol Schools, and, the Washington Island School District will receive a payment of $18,600.
