Referendums Voters in Kewaunee County resoundingly approved a referendum question prohibiting the mechanical application of waste to land having twenty feet or less in soil depth during the period of January 1st and April 15th. Sturgeon Bay’s Woodside Park Could Get a New Name


Sturgeon Bay’s Woodside Park could get a name change if the city council agrees Tuesday. WDOR News has learned that the former Executive Director of the Door County Humane Society is accused of 11 counts of identity theft and one count of theft from a business setting during her time with the local organization. The Door County Humane Society says it’s board of directors is working cooperatively with the Door County Sheriff’s Department as part of an investigation into the misappropriation of funds by its former Executive Director, Carrie Counihan.
