Six individuals who have expressed interest in filling an open seat on the Sturgeon Bay Board of Education will be interviewed by the board of education on Wednesday, October 3rd. The series of interviews will begin at 5:30PM. The seat opened up with the resignation of Steve Van Kirk who resigned after taking a position out of state. Those providing letters of interest and/or resumes were Mike Barry, Bob Loss, Chris Neuville, Dan Powell, Jacob Schultz & Dick Stuewer. Van Kirk was re-elected in the April election. Following the interviews, the board is expected to select and approve the top candidate.
