Wind Chill Advisory

For all of the WDOR listening area, there is a wind chill advisory in effect til 9am. *Wind Chill indices will reach between 20 and 30 nelow zero when there is wind * Even when the air is calm cold temperatures will pose a hazard to anyone outdoors without adequate clothing. *Frostbite to exposed skin can occur within 20-30 miinutes in these conditions.

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY which includes Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Brown Counties.  The advisory will be in effect until 12 PM Wednesday (2/25/14). Wind Advisory

A WIND ADVISORY has been issued for Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc Counties.  That will be in effect until 12 PM today (2/21/14).  Southwest winds will become strong and gusty after midnight and continue through Friday morning.  Gusts from 45 to 50 MPH can be expected during this time. Winter Storm Warning In Effect

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WINTER STORM WARNING, which is in effect until 9pm Monday.  Counties included in the warning include Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Brown.  Periods of light snow this morning with moderate to heavy snow expected this afternoon and this evening.  Snow accumulations of 5 to 7 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible. NWS Issues Wind Chill Advisory

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Wind Chill Advisory, which will be in effect from 12am Friday until 12pm Friday, for the entire WDOR broadcast area. Wind chill values of 20 – 30 below zero are likely. Wind chills such as these can cause frostbite on exposed skin in 15 – 20 minutes if appropriate clothing is not worn.

Schools Opening Late
