NWS Issues Wind Chill Advisory

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY, which will be in effect from 9pm Sunday until 10am Monday, for the entire WDOR broadcast area. Wind chill values of 25 – 35 below zero are expected tonight through Monday morning. Frostbite can occur in less than 30 minutes if you are not properly dressed.

Wind Chill Advisory In Effect

The National Weather Service has also issued a Wind Chill Advisory, which is in effect until 10am Sunday, for the counties of Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Brown, Southern Marinette, and Southern Oconto. Wind chills values will continue to 20 – 30 below zero Sunday morning and remain in this range through Sunday afternoon. Frostbite can occur in 20 – 25 minutes.

Winter Weather Advisory, Storm Warning In Effect

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY, which is in effect until 9pm Sunday, for Kewaunee County. Door County is NOT included in this advisory. Maritime Museum Event Postponed (1/8/15)

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY for the WDOR listening area until 10 AM Saturday (1/10/15) Wind chill values will drop to 20 to 30 below zero and continue into Saturday morning.  Wind chills this low can cause frostbite in 20 minutes.
