Cordier Tosses No-Hitter / Chiefs Drop Two To Lakers

Riley Cordier tossed a no-hitter as the Sturgeon Bay Legion team beat Denmark Wednesday night at Memorial Field, 2-1.  Cordier had 15 strikeouts and walked only one as the Bays improved to 8-1 in league play and 10-3 overall. Kita And Willems Appear In All-Star Classic

Gibraltar’s Nick Kita and Luxemburg-Casco’s Caleb Willems both played for the North squad at the 31st Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Classic at Oshkosh’s E.J. Bays Win Second Straight Extra Inning Game

The Sturgeon Bay American Legion baseball team beat Wrightstown in extra innings Sunday evening, 6-3.  Jason Lindemann’s three-run double in the top of the eighth gave the Bays their second straight extra inning win.  Sturgeon Bay won at Green Bay Southwest in ten innings Friday night.  After Sunday’s victory Sturgeon Bay is 7-1 in conference play and 9-3 overall.  Sturgeon Bay will host the Appleton … Continue reading

Kita’s to Play and Coach in All-Star Classic
