The Door County League Playoffs opened yesterday and both Egg Harbor and Sister Bay advanced. Egg Harbor beat West Jacksonport, 6-5. NWTF Banquet is Thursday
The Door Peninsula Longbeards hunting heritage banquet is Thursday night at Mr. G’s Logan Creek Grille. The event features raffles, silent auctions and dinner. Sawyer Wins DCL Batting Title
Sister Bay’s Tom Sawyer won the Door County League batting title with .440 average. He totaled a league high 22 hits and scored a league best 20 runs.
