Packers Find Their Safety In Round One

Finnel Is Wisconsin’s Top Finisher In Boston

Southern Door graduate Brian Finnel was Wisconsin’s top finisher in Monday’s Boston Marathon.  Finnel finished 57th with a time of two hours, 26 minutes and 27 seconds.  Finnel is a seventh grade science teacher in Madison.  He was a distance runner at both Southern Door and the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Stutting To Leave Sturgeon Bay School District

Sturgeon Bay School District  Superintendent Joe Stutting will be leaving that post at the end of the current school year to take the same position with an Iowa school district.  Stutting told WDOR that he has accepted an offer to become the new superintendent of the North Scott School District in Eldridge, Iowa.  Stutting will start his new job in July. Door County Bowlers At State

Wind Chill Advisory Issued

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY which includes Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Brown Counties.  The advisory will be in effect until 12 PM Wednesday (2/25/14). Girls Basketball Brackets Released

Wind Advisory

A WIND ADVISORY has been issued for Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc Counties.  That will be in effect until 12 PM today (2/21/14).  Southwest winds will become strong and gusty after midnight and continue through Friday morning.  Gusts from 45 to 50 MPH can be expected during this time. Gibraltar Girls Win Fourth Straight
